WELCOME TO THE AOGC DOCUMENT IMAGE SYSTEM

If you have used this system before you can click here to skip the instructions

The AOGC is in the process of scanning documents into an electronic image system which will allow retrieval of these documents through the AOGC web page. The documents are cataloged in various electronic “file cabinets” which can be searched for particular documents. The system is currently under construction with new electronic file cabinets added with existing electronic file cabinets being updated daily.

At the present time there are three functional electronic file cabinets available for review, the “ORDERS”, “WELL FILE” and “ESCROW” file cabinets. The ORDERS file cabinet contains images of all orders issued by the Commission since the creation of the Commission. The WELL FILE cabinet contains images of all records contained in an individual well file. The ESCROW cabinet contains images of all records received in accordance with General Rule A-8.

To use the system, select which file cabinet you desire to use and then enter search criteria in the coded field as indicated by the coded fields below. You do not need to fill in each field to conduct a search. One field will be sufficient to search for the desired record. Using multiple fields will just reduce the number of research items you need to review to find your desired document. NOTE: To ensure your search is comprehensive, and to mitigate a “not found” message due to misspelling of a field entry, a general search using the coding format of *SMITH* could be used to find all wells with the name smith in the well name in the well file cabinet.

Below are the minimum codes used for each type of document in the ORDERS, WELL FILE, and ESCROW electronic file cabinets. If you have any questions regarding use of the system please call James Vinson, AOGC webmaster, at 501-683-5814.

If you find errors with the storage of these documents please notify us by this form.
