Weekly the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission publishes a comprehensive report for wells in North and South Arkansas. This report is comprised of Drilling Permits (Form 2), Well Completions (Form 3), Recompletions and Workovers (Form 3), Applications to Plug (Form 11), and Plugging Reports (Form 12) for the calendar week.
